Engr. Santiago, a 25-year IT industry veteran, founded Dynamic Global Soft, Inc. in 2014. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Master of Science in Business Administration, he combines technical expertise with strategic insight to lead the company towards innovation and transformation. Santiago is also the Co-Founder and CTO of USHER Technologies Inc., an internationally recognized manufacturer of a Universal Structural Health Evaluation and Recording System. He is also involved in community volunteerism and civic activities.
