About Us
Who We Are
The Rotary Club of Metro East Taytay was organized in response to the membership growth goal set by Rotary International and R.I. District-3800 in Rotary’s Centennial Year 2004-2005, led by Centennial Governor Fabie Enriquez, who posted a challenge to all clubs in the District to retain current members, add new club and recruit new members who will become good Rotarians. It was then Centennial President of the Rotary Club of Taytay, PP Josie Retirado, who responded to the challenge. During the club’s assembly in May 2004, President Josie and the Board of Directors of RC Taytay, the mother club, agreed to the chartering of a new club.

Youth play a vital role in the fight against polio by raising awareness and participating in vaccination campaigns to protect communities from this preventable disease. Together, we can achieve a polio-free future and ensure health and hope for generations to come
Education
Mentoring youth empowers them with the skills, values, and confidence they need to shape a brighter future for themselves and their communities. By sharing guidance and experience, mentors inspire young people to realize their potential and become agents of positive change.
Environment
Keeping our surroundings clean, recycling waste, and properly managing garbage helps prevent floods by reducing blockages in drainage systems. By embracing cleanliness and sustainability, we not only protect the environment but also build safer and healthier communities for everyone.
Livelihood
Fighting cyberbullying starts with promoting kindness and respect online while encouraging open conversations to support victims and raise awareness. By standing against harmful behavior and reporting abusive content, we can create safer digital spaces for everyone.
