Education transforms lives—especially when it reaches the hearts of underserved communities.
Through our District Grant Project under the Area of Focus: Education, the Rotary Club of Metro East Taytay (RCMET) proudly continues the implementation of our Guro-In-a-Box Project, bringing meaningful and accessible learning to children in an underserved community in Real, Quezon.
We are truly grateful to Pastora Angelica Abanilla of Widehills Christian Family Church (Real, Quezon), who is passionately teaching the students, conducting quizzes, and guiding them with patience and dedication. Her commitment reflects the true spirit of service—nurturing young minds while building confidence and love for learning.
This community in Real, Quezon has not only been given an opportunity to learn, but has also given RCMET the chance to learn alongside them. Through Guro-In-a-Box, we are providing more than educational materials—we are offering hope, encouragement, and a pathway to a brighter future.
This project strengthens our mission to make education inclusive, sustainable, and impactful—one lesson, one child, and one community at a time.
Maraming salamat to our partners, volunteers, and the entire RCMET family for making this District Grant Project possible. Sama-sama nating pinapalakas ang edukasyon para sa kinabukasan.
