UNBOXING KNOWLEDGE THROUGH INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY
Today marks a proud and deeply meaningful milestone for the Rotary Club of Metro East Taytay (RCMET) as we successfully turned over our Guro-In-a-Box β a legacy project of our President, GP Donato G. Santiago, whose steadfast commitment continues to uplift basic education and inclusive learning within the community he serves.
Anchored in his vision, this initiative supports the early stage of learning, with technology thoughtfully installed and aligned with the daycareβs curriculum, empowering teachers and nurturing young minds at the very start of their educational journey.
More than 80 children from Balon Daycare Center, Barangay San Isidro, Taytay, Rizal, Philippines are now beneficiaries β children filled with curiosity, dreams, and hope for a brighter future.
This milestone also marks our 1st joint project with our international sisterhood partner, the Rotary Club of Gwangju Chungjang, District 3710, Korea
Our heartfelt gratitude to GP Kim Seongcheol, co-president and partner in service, whose generosity and shared passion for education made this project possible.
This achievement would not have been realized without the dedicated members of RCMET and our hardworking Rotaractors, whose time, effort, and hearts were poured into this mission.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to Ms. Heidi Manabat, nursery teacher and our local counterpart, for her cooperation, dedication, and unwavering support in making this project truly impactful.
This is more than a project.
This is leadership in action, service across borders, and hope delivered to the next generation.
Together, we serve. Together, we inspire.
Unite for Good.
